Our Mission
At Blue Will, we simplify estate planning with innovative tools while dedicating a portion of our profits to vital conservation efforts. Our mission is to help you secure your legacy while supporting a sustainable future for the natural world around us.
What is an estate plan?
An estate plan consists of three main components: (1) Estate Plan Documents, (2) Asset Titling, and (3) Beneficiary Designations. Each of these aspects of your plan work together in order to fulfill your family legacy, business succession plans, and charitable goals.
Basic estate plan documents generally include a Revocable Trust, your (and your spouse’s) Last Will and Testament, Financial Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directive (Health Care Power of Attorney and Living Will), and certain other ancillary documents. Asset titling generally involves ensuring your home and bank account ownership is correctly aligned with your plan. Similarly, beneficiary designations pertain to properly comporting the beneficiaries listed on your lRAs, 401(k)s, pensions, life insurance policies, and certain bank and brokerage accounts to your plan.

Work with an Advisor
For individuals and families for whom the assistance of an attorney is more appropriate or desired, especially if your estate is large, complicated, or you have unique circumstances (for example, a child with special needs or business assets that need consideration), our network of independent attorneys are ready to assist with your estate plan either before or after you design your Will Based Plan or Trust Based Plan.
